Making your own Maths Video Clips

« Go back

It is always a bonus for your students if you involve them in making your own maths video clip for a specific maths topic. There are so many fantastic programs to help you do this. Involving your students helps them reinforce the mathematical ideas. They enjoy seeing the clip over and over again.

Click Polar Bear Length Song, to see one an example from Dan, a Sydney-based teacher with a kindergarten class of technology enthusiasts. If you like that one, here are 2 more examples of Dan’s students’ work, Friends of 10 and The Dinosaur Number Conservation Song.

Feel free to send Bev links to your own maths clips for her to review if you would like to share your work on this site too.
